With the exceptions** listed below we aim to hold stock of all products listed on our site. Though with thousands of lines normally moving through our stock room we cannot guarantee that stock is available on demand. We process orders strictly on a first come first served basis.
To help forecast delivery we list the current availability under each product. The times quoted are approximate times it takes from receipt of the order to the goods leaving the premises. Actual delivery times will vary according to the method of delivery selected.
**Made to Order Usually Despatches in 'xx' days
These items are not held in stock and are either made to order or ordered from our suppliers upon request.
- Classic Flagpoles - Made to order. We aim to despatch these in approx 14 working days.
- MOD Printed and Sewn Flags - Made to order. We aim to despatch these in approx 10 working days.
Usually Despatches in 2-10 days.
These items are normally held in stock but should we run out we may have to wait for resupply from overseas. Under normal circumstances this is normally possible within 10 days but please bear with us is deliveries are delayed by customs etc.
Usually Despatches in 1-3 days.
These items are our core products we try to maintain stock of these items on the shelf. If we run out we can normally replenish stocks and despatch within 48 hours.

- Delivery Options
Once the goods have left our premises your choice of carrier will govern the final delivery date for your order.
Royal Mail
When you visit Greens of Gloucestershire or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Cancellations You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days following the day you receive the goods by:
- e-mailing us stating your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the order number of the cancelled order, or
- phoning us on 01452~790~796 (Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 3.00pm) - please have your order reference number and delivery details to hand.
- Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging).
- It must not have been used. It should be returned with the original packaging and with any accessories you may have received with it.
- A proof of purchase must be supplied.
- You must return any free gifts which came with the product.
- We will not refund any items that have been made to order or manufactured to your individual specification.
- Goods returned outside the 7 days cancellation period (but within 28 days of receipt) that can not be re-sold as new will only be refunded to at the 50% of the current retail value, and a credit note may be issued.
- The goods have been made or especially obtained to your specifications; or
- 28 days has elapsed following receipt of the goods. Until such time as you return the goods to us you must take reasonable care of the item(s) and not use them. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods upon delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the contract.
- Pricing & Promotions
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices on-line, in our mail order catalogue or on display at our retail locations may vary. Where reductions are shown the product will have been sold on-line for a period of 24 hours or longer before a reduction is offered.
- Taxation
- Products shipped within the UK & EU are sold inclusive of VAT at the rates shown on your invoice. Goods sold outside of the European Union are sold exempt of VAT. Please be aware we cannot be responsible for any import taxes that your national leaders decide to impose.
- Order Progress & Account Information
- If you wish to check the status of your order or update your account details please login at My Account .If you are experiencing problems logging in to your account please e-mail us.

If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Greens of Gloucestershire at your own risk and cost, therefore, we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method. All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on our website.
Where we have made a charge for postage, this will be deducted from your refund if the goods have been despatched to you. You cannot cancel your purchase when:
Authorising your return
You must, prior to returning any goods, contact our Customer Service Department on 01452~790~796 or e-mail us stating your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the order number of the cancelled order. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your refund or the product being returned to you. All authorised returns must be returned to Greens of Gloucestershire (Returns Dept) The Stables, Whitelands, Whitehall Lane, Rudford, Glos. GL2 8ED.
Faulty or incorrectly described Goods
You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery, we will normally offer a repair, exchange or (full or partial) refund. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault and, if no fault is found return the product to you. No refund will be processed until the returned goods have been received by ourselves and an appraisal made as to any fault.
Please note this does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the delivery charge. We will also pay for your costs of returning the goods for replacement or refund.
THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
