UK, CI & IOM Standard Rate - £1.95 inc VAT

This is our recommended service for orders to all UK, IOM, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses. Deliveries are made using Royal Mail 1st Class Service and when items are back ordered we will dispatch in multiple packages as products become available without any additional charges. VAT is charged for all destinations except Jersey and Guernsey. Orders during peak times and to some postcodes may be sent using services where a signature is required.

We do not guarantee delivery service times for this service. Please note we are unable to supply flagpoles or heavy ceremonial bases to NI, CI, IOM or Highlands and Islands without surcharges. Please contact us for quote based on your postcode.

UK, CI & IOM Free Delivery -  orders over £20.00

This is our best value service for orders made to all UK, IOM, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses. Deliveries are made using Royal Mail 2nd Class Service and when items are back ordered we will hold your order until all products are available and dispatch all items together. Orders during peak times and to some postcodes may be sent using services where a signature is required.

We do not guarantee delivery service times for this service.

UK Priority Delivery - £9.95 inc VAT

Ideal for time sensitive or higher value orders our priority service uses our choice of couriers. Deliveries to mainland UK are normally picked, packed, dispatched same or next day and delivered the following working day. Orders placed online before 11:00am are often delivered next day. (Guaranteed next day services can only be arranged by prior arrangement). This service is trackable online and is insured to the full value of the goods ordered. We will use our choice of courier. Services to remote locations, NI, IOM, and CI will normally be made by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. Prices include VAT for all destinations except Jersey and Guernsey. Orders will require a signature on delivery please ensure someone is available to recieve the goods otherwise a re delivery fee may apply. Please note we do not supply flagpoles or heavy ceremonial bases to NI, CI, IOM or Highlands and Islands.

EU Services - from £2.95 inc VAT

Delivery is made to all EU countries, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland using Royal Mail International Service. Prices are based on weight of the order. A calculator is available in your shopping basket. Delivery is normally made in 5-7 working days but can take upto 15 days depending on destination and local services. VAT is charged at UK rate. EU VAT registered customers should contact us with their VAT number for a VAT free quotation before placing an order online.

USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand Services - from £3.95 inc VAT

Delivery is made to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand using Royal Mail International Service. Prices are based on weight of the order. Delivery is normally made in 7-10 working days but can take upto 30 days depending on destination and local services. Catalogue prices include VAT. A delivery calculator is available in your shopping basket. When a valid export destination is selected the VAT will be removed from your order prior to checkout and payment.

Your Right to Cancel

In addition to our no quibble money back guarantee: You have the right under, The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days following the day you receive the goods by: e-mailing or writing to us stating your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the order number.

If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Greens of Gloucestershire at your own risk and cost, therefore, we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method.

All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on our website.

Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box or package to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging). It must not have been used. It should be returned with the original packaging and with any accessories you may have received with it. A proof of purchase must be supplied. You must return any free gifts which came with the product.

You should be aware that you cannot cancel your purchase when the goods have been made or especially obtained to your specifications. This applies to all sewn flags, flapoles, custom work and any other items made to order or especially ordered at your request.

Until such time as you return the goods to us you must take reasonable care of the item(s) and not use them. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods upon delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the contract.

All returns and cancellations must be addressed: Greens of Gloucestershire (Returns Dept) 9 Craven Close, Bishop's Cleeve, Cheltenham, Glos. GL52 8FH. You should enclose your proof of purchase (original invoice or packing note) with the return.

Faulty or Incorrectly Described Goods

You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. If there is a manufacturing fault with your product within 12 months of delivery, we will normally offer a repair, exchange or refund. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault and, if no fault is found return the product to you at your cost. No refund will be processed until the returned goods have been received by ourselves and an appraisal made as to any fault. Please note this does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Wear and tear does not constitute a fault in the flag and accordingly we cannot guarantee the lifespan of any flag once flying.

Payment, Prices & Promotions

Catalogue Prices

Prices on our website include VAT we find this helps personal customers. Your shopping basket will show you a breakdown of the VAT. We provide an email invoice once we confirm your order. Paper copies are supplied with the goods.

Discounts & Promotions

We offer various bulk purchase discounts and voucher codes. All discounts are applied to prices before VAT is added.

Payment Methods

SagePay: For credit and debit cards transactions we refer you to SagePay to process payment. We accept, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and Amerian Express using this system. 

PayPal Express: PayPal Express is a quick and easy method to purchase single items quickly - please be aware this method will default to the address as registered with PayPal. If you wish to deliver to a different address you should ensure this is changed before finalising the order. 

Invoice on Account: We are happy to provide 30 days credit account for UK DofE registered schools on production of a valid purchase order. All other orders are prepaid only. To process an order on account, select 'Invoice on Account (UK DofE Registered Schools ONLY.)' payment method and type your purchase order number in box provided. Please then forward purchase order either by email or post. Goods will only be despatched on receipt of a valid purchase order.

If you have created an account when making your purchase you will be able to log in and view your orders via the 'My account' tab at the top of the screen. 

Updating Account Information

You can edit and amend details of phone, email and postal addresses by loging into 'My account'.
