We offer a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee. Simply pack and return to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange at your choice. Please note unless the item is faulty or mis described in anyway you will be responsible for return costs.

Your Right to Cancel

In addition to our no quibble money back guarantee: You have the right under, The EU Consumer Rights Directive, to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days following the day you receive the goods by: e-mailing or writing to us stating your name, a description of the goods or services concerned and the order number.

If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Greens of Gloucestershire at your own risk and cost, therefore, we strongly recommend you use an insured delivery method.

All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly described on our website.

Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box or package to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging). It must not have been used. It should be returned with the original packaging and with any accessories you may have received with it. A proof of purchase must be supplied. You must return any free gifts which came with the product.

You should be aware that you cannot cancel your purchase when the goods have been made or especially obtained to your specifications. This applies to all sewn flags, flapoles, custom work and any other items made to order or especially ordered at your request.

Until such time as you return the goods to us you must take reasonable care of the item(s) and not use them. Any use of the delivered goods beyond that necessary to inspect the goods upon delivery will invalidate your right to cancel the contract.

All returns and cancellations must be addressed: Greens of Gloucestershire (Returns Dept) 9 Craven Close, Bishop's Cleeve, Cheltenham, Glos. GL52 8FH. You should enclose your proof of purchase (original invoice or packing note) with the return.

Faulty or Incorrectly Described Goods

You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. If there is a manufacturing fault with your product within 12 months of delivery, we will normally offer a repair, exchange or refund. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault and, if no fault is found return the product to you at your cost. No refund will be processed until the returned goods have been received by ourselves and an appraisal made as to any fault. Please note this does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Wear and tear does not constitute a fault in the flag and accordingly we cannot guarantee the lifespan of any flag once flying.

We are more than happy to provide advice and take orders over the phone. If you have a large complicated order or are a recognised Trade / PR / Marketing Agency then you should e-mail or phone for instructions on how to process lengthy or complicated orders.

Languages, Payment, Prices & Promotions


Sorry but our website is only available in English language version. While you are welcome to use an online translator service we can not be held responisble for inaccurate or mis understood communications.

Catalogue Prices

Prices on our website show prices with and without VAT. Your shopping basket will show you a breakdown of the VAT. We provide an email VAT invoice once we confirm your order. Pdf copies are available on request.

Discounts & Promotions

We offer various bulk purchase discounts and voucher codes. Diiscounts are applied to prices before VAT is added. In many cases full prices will be shown in the shopping cart and the discount will be shown as a line before the grand-total.

Payment Methods

SagePay: For credit and debit cards transactions we refer you to SagePay to process payment. We accept, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express using this system. We do NOT hold your card details locally.

PayPal Express: PayPal Express is a quick and easy method to purchase single items quickly - please be aware this method will default to the address as registered with PayPal. If you wish to deliver to a different address you should ensure this is changed before finalising the order. 

Invoice on Account: We are happy to provide 30 days credit account for UK DofE registered schools on production of a valid purchase order. All other orders are prepaid only. To process an order on account, select 'Invoice on Account (UK DofE Registered Schools ONLY.)' payment method and type your purchase order number in box provided. Please then forward purchase order either by email or post. Goods will only be despatched on receipt of a valid purchase order.

Viewing Orders

If you have created an account when making your purchase you will be able to log in and view your orders via the 'My account' tab at the top of the screen. 

Updating Account Information

You can edit and amend details of phone, email and postal addresses by logging into 'My account'.
